The park is a place of experimentation and exhibition of rare plants, showcasing the expertise in park and garden management. It is also a vitrine of savoir-faire in this field.
All the plants in the park are remarkable, either because they are rarely found in other Brussels parks or because they require special care. They are also notable for the unique combinations they form.
The park features a unique collection of twisted-trunk robinias, creating a special atmosphere. It also has a century-old hedge of holly and a beautiful collection of camellias, thanks to a donation from the International Camellia Society.
The park is open to the public every day, and can be accessed through the Sobieski Park, Rue Jean Sobieski in Laeken, Avenue des Robiniers, or Rue Médori.
In the park, you can find prototypes of urban furniture selected as part of the Park Design competition, as well as recycling bins for sorting and recycling waste.
