User FAQs

The name Frite comes from Pomme de terre frite, which was later shortened to Frite. According to Belgians, it originated in Namur in the late 17th century, while the French claim it appeared in Paris in 1789 during the French Revolution.

Our potatoes are peeled and cut into fries on the same day, then cooked in 100% beef fat at two different temperatures in two separate batches. Finally, they are seasoned with salt and ready to be enjoyed!

What can I expect from the menu?

You can choose from a variety of meats, including hamburger, boudin, fricadelle, carrero, and more, served with a selection of 13 different sauces. Our delicious fresh fries are served on top of your chosen dish. You can also add some crispy fried onions and/or a composed salad with green salad, grated carrots, and cabbage.

We are open every day from 11am to 1am, and on Fridays and Saturdays, we stay open until dawn. We are open 365 days a year, non-stop!

Our place is very crowded, offering everything you would expect from a fast food joint!
